To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience, please note the following:

Upon departure, we kindly ask you to:

1. Dispose of all trash in the designated receptacles.

2. Start the dishwasher; you'll find detergent conveniently located behind the garbage can.

3. Lower all blinds to maintain privacy and protect the interior.

4. Securely lock all windows and doors for safety.

5. Set the thermostat to 60°F during the winter months (October through May) and 78°F in the summer months (June through September) to ensure optimal energy efficiency.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, please keep in mind:

• Pet Policy: While we adore animals, we kindly request that you leave your furry friends at home during your stay.

• Septic System: Our property utilizes a septic system. To maintain its proper function, please flush only wastewater and toilet paper. Avoid disposing of food or other items down the kitchen sink.

• Electric Blinds: For your convenience, the electric blinds are controlled via a panel located under the TV. Before opening the back sliding door, ensure all blinds are fully raised. Likewise, before lowering the blinds, please clear the area to prevent any obstructions.

• Convection Microwave Oven: Our kitchen features a versatile convection microwave oven, allowing you to roast and bake your favorite dishes. Additionally, a toaster oven is available for your use.
